1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tryat platform (the "Service") provided by TRYAT AI PRIVATE LIMITED operating at tryat.ai ("Tryat", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Tryat provides tools to connect and manage social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and to schedule, publish, and analyze content across those platforms. We may change, improve or remove features over time. We may also offer paid subscription plans that include additional functionality.
The Service is accessed primarily via WhatsApp. When connecting platforms, secure authentication links are provided that open in your device's default browser, where OAuth login and consent are completed on our verified domain.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use parts of the Service you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and contact information up to date and for any activity that happens under your account.
3.1 OAuth and Third-party Accounts
The Service integrates with third-party platforms via OAuth (for example Facebook Login, Google/YouTube OAuth). By connecting those accounts you authorize Tryat to access and act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. We strictly limit OAuth scopes to the minimum needed for functionality. You are responsible for complying with the third-party platform's terms and policies. Tokens and credentials obtained from third parties are stored and managed securely as described in the Data & Privacy and Security sections.
YouTube Video Posting Requirement: To post videos on YouTube through Tryat, you must have a YouTube channel associated with the Gmail account you use to connect. If your Gmail account does not have an associated YouTube channel, you will not be able to post videos to YouTube.
You can remove any of your connected social accounts directly from WhatsApp by sending commands like remove account, remove youtube, or remove facebook to our WhatsApp bot.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive purpose. You must not post content that violates third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights), nor content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes violence. Tryat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content; Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Tryat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, display, and perform the content as necessary to provide the Service (including posting to connected social networks). You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Subscription fees and billing terms are described on our pricing page. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as set forth in a specific refund policy. We may change pricing or billing terms upon reasonable notice.
6.1 Free Trials
Free trials, if offered, are for new users only and limited to one trial per customer unless otherwise stated. We may automatically charge you at the end of the trial if you provided a payment method; you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
7. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information. Key points:
- We store API tokens and credentials required to post on behalf of connected accounts. These tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest using AWS KMS.
- We use AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, KMS) as data processors. See the Data Handling section in the App Review for details.
- We do not sell personal data. We will respond to lawful requests from authorities according to applicable law and our internal procedures.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties. OAuth credentials and user information are used strictly to perform the features you authorize within Tryat.
Access tokens and data are retained only while your account remains connected. When you remove an account or request deletion, all associated data is permanently deleted within 48 hours.
If you need to delete your data, contact us at hello@tryat.ai and we will follow our data deletion procedures.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your content and credentials, including encryption and secure key management. However, no service is completely secure — you are responsible for safeguarding your own account credentials and using strong passwords and MFA where available.
8.1 Infrastructure Security
Tryat is hosted on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3. We follow least-privilege IAM roles and network-level protections to isolate services and data. Our systems are monitored with logging and alerting, and we perform regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
8.2 OAuth Token Security
All OAuth access tokens (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS. Communication between services and with users is secured via HTTPS/TLS. We use OAuth 2.0 for secure user authentication and do not store your password for any platform.
We strictly limit OAuth scopes to the minimum needed for functionality. Tokens are never shared with third parties and are only used to perform the actions you allow. We maintain secure audit logs for OAuth activity and content publishing events to monitor security and prevent misuse.
8.3 OAuth Flow via WhatsApp
Users interact with our service via WhatsApp. When you request to connect a platform, we generate a secure, user-specific link that is mapped directly to your WhatsApp account. This personalized link opens in your device's default browser (e.g., Chrome), where you complete the OAuth login and consent process entirely on our verified domain, outside of WhatsApp.
This ensures only you can use the link, and your authentication credentials are never exposed within the WhatsApp interface. All OAuth operations are conducted on our verified domain, where you can verify the authenticity of the authentication process before granting permissions.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party services. Tryat is not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. Some features require accounts with third parties (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and you consent that Tryat may act on your behalf according to the permissions you grant those services.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event will Tryat be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Tryat in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, if you paid nothing), to the extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tryat and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or the rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
For security purposes, accounts that remain inactive (no platform usage) for 30 consecutive days will be automatically deactivated. Deactivated accounts will have their access tokens revoked and stored data secured. You can reactivate your account at any time by connecting your social accounts again through WhatsApp.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and Tryat agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example via email or a prominent notice on the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the changes becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for delays, failures, or outages caused by factors outside our control including third-party platform downtime (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram APIs).
17. Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for all content submitted or published through the Service. You represent and warrant that the content will not violate applicable laws, community standards, or intellectual property rights. 21. Beta Features
