1. Using Tryat

By using Tryat, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful rural marketplace activity such as buying, selling, renting, or discovering legitimate agriculture and village-related items or services.

2. Platform Role

Tryat helps users:

• Create listings through WhatsApp photos, text, or voice
• Discover nearby and relevant rural listings
• Connect directly with interested buyers or sellers

Tryat acts as a discovery and communication platform only.

Tryat is not a buyer, seller, broker, payment processor, transporter, warehouse, or delivery provider.

3. Listing Activation and User Control

A listing becomes active once the user confirms that the item, service, or request should be added to Tryat.

Users can edit, pause, reactivate, mark as sold, or delete listings at any time.

4. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

• Accuracy of listing information, photos, pricing, and descriptions
• Quality, legality, ownership, and condition of listed items
• Negotiation, payment, transport, and delivery arrangements
• Following local laws and regulations for listed goods or services

Users should verify items and counterparties before making payments or commitments.

5. Safety and Prohibited Use

Users must not use Tryat for:

• Illegal, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited goods
• Fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or fake listings
• Harassment, abuse, spam, or unwanted repeated contact
• Manipulating search, reviews, ranking, or platform trust signals
• Any activity that may harm farmers, buyers, livestock owners, or rural communities

Tryat may restrict, pause, or permanently remove accounts and listings to protect platform safety.

6. No Transaction Guarantee

Tryat does not guarantee:

• That a listing will receive buyer responses
• That a transaction will be completed
• That listed items are genuine, safe, or legally compliant
• That users will honor verbal or written commitments

All deals, payments, and handovers are direct agreements between users.

7. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted, Tryat is not liable for:

• User disputes, fraud, failed payments, or item misrepresentation
• Transport delays, spoilage, livestock issues, or item damage
• Losses arising from offline agreements between users
• Temporary outages, ranking issues, or delayed WhatsApp delivery

8. Platform Moderation

To protect trust and user safety, Tryat may review, edit, hide, remove, or block listings that appear unsafe, suspicious, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with the platform’s intended use.

9. Service Changes

Tryat may improve features, modify ranking logic, update discovery flows, or retire parts of the service as the platform evolves.

10. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to strengthen platform safety, trust, and legal clarity. Continued use of Tryat means acceptance of the latest version.
